Your Personal Growth Plan
This is our new approach in helping foster growth in the lives of our members and everyone that comes our way.
These are real, tangible opportunities that will help the individual focus on one area every semester (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Our Connections Pastor will help steer each member in the right direction based on their discerned needs and desires.
The one constant value that we will encourage is "Fellowship" (Home Groups, Serve Teams), while as the other four will offer elective ongoing opportunities as well as one-time events.
Every member and prospective member of the church will be given a workbook for the year to help keep track of their growth, retain notes, and share their insights with others.
Every Forward Five value will have experienced leaders that will invest in every member that chooses to be a part of their respective area of growth. We believe people are the greatest investment we can make (because people are the church)!
